This is an all-immersive, exclusive curatorial exploration, for individuals or for groups of only up to four persons, covering in exhaustive detail the life and genius of Leonardo da Vinci and his quarter-century in Milan. This intense program, one that is not a "guided tour", is hosted by a leading Milanese scholar of European Old Masters who for over twenty years has been the curator of one of Italy's greatest private collections of Old Masters painting. He is also the former the editor-in-chief of Italy's most prominent art magazine, FMR Franco Maria Ricci, as well as a highly accomplished painter in the Old Masters idiom with over two dozen solo exhibitions in Italy and France to his name; an internationally-recognized authority on heraldry, author, and owner of a rare and beautiful collection of Italian scholarship on the works of Leonardo da Vinci.
These are individually curated, town-and-country walks, talks and scholarly investigation of three, five or ten days, exploring the most important works and events of Leonardo during his time in Milan and in Lombardy working for, respectively, Ludovico Sforza and King Louis XII of France (when the latter was Duke of Milan from 1499 to 1512). We do not include "multimedia" installations at various outposts of tourismo leonardesco nor do we examine copies of copies of Vinciana easily accessed with amateur guidance.
